WTM Latin America 2024

In April, São Paulo hosted another edition of WTM Latin America. More than 600 exhibitors gathered at Expo Center Norte, including destinations, airlines, and travel operators, and over 25,000 people attended the event. This year, the Vivejar Institute partnered with the Responsible Tourism Award in the category of Best Initiatives to Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Tourism and organized the panel: How Female Leaders Promote Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Tourism?, conducted by Marianne Costa.

On the 16th, we also launched the first book published by the Vivejar Institute and CETES-ECA/USP, with support from the IDB (Inter-American Development Bank) and the Ministry of Tourism, which presents an overview of the Responsible Tourism movement in a light and objective manner. On that day, around 500 copies of the publication were distributed.
