Beginning of the Expedition and the Meeting of the Waters
The expedition begins at 10:00 am from a port in Manaus with a safety briefing and introductions. Leaving the bustling city, the journey commences along the Negro River towards the Solimões River, where the two rivers meet but do not mix, creating a stunning visual phenomenon.
The journey continues in smaller canoes to explore local life along the Solimões River, passing floating houses and immersing in the sounds of birds and monkeys in the Xiboreninha Canal. At sunset, the expedition returns to the main vessel and then sets off towards the Enchanted Lake, where nocturnal wildlife spotting activities take place by canoe. The night is spent sailing westward, taking about five hours to reach the destination.
Igarapé Preto Village and Janauacá
After a five-hour sail, the expedition arrives at Igarapé Preto, a village showcasing the Riverside lifestyle. Visitors can observe traditional farming practices, including manioc flour production and the cultivation of fruits like cocoa and passion fruit.
The village also features rubber trees, historically significant for the rubber industry. The journey continues by canoe to the Enchanted Lake, known for its unique floating forest ecosystem, a testament to Amazonian biodiversity.
After lunch, the expedition heads to Janauacá, offering opportunities for recreational fishing or wildlife spotting, including the chance to see the Hoatzin bird. The night includes another wildlife spotting activity before sailing towards the Ariaú River.
The expedition moves from the Solimões River to the Negro River, stopping in the Acajatuba region to observe pink dolphins and explore the Anavilhanas archipelago, a complex of 400 islands.
This area provides a rich opportunity for wildlife observation and scenic views. Activities include canoe trips to observe local fauna and flora, and in the afternoon, a visit to the Baré indigenous community at Nova Esperança.
Guests can learn about traditional crafts and participate in an optional hike to explore a unique micro-ecosystem. Dinner is served by Jaradá Lake, with the option to sleep in hammocks for a complete Amazonian experience.
Cuieras Region and Baré Indigenous Community

The afternoon includes a journey up the Cuieras River to Jaradá Lake for a hike through a unique ecosystem, culminating in a special dinner by the lake. The night is spent sailing back towards Manaus.
The final day involves a visit to the Tatuyos indigenous tribe for a cultural presentation, offering insights into their traditions and rituals.
